The Connections Team is the first group of team members that guests encounter when they come to Collective and get to create a welcoming environment for people to have a safe place to grow in their faith.

Interior Hosts: Creates a welcoming and engaging environment in the lobby and auditorium for people to connect and take next steps.

Auditorium Hosts | Coffee Hosts | Lobby Hosts | Ushers

Exterior Hosts: Creates a welcoming and safe environment outside, before people ever go inside, to make them feel comfortable connecting and taking next steps.
